  • Name, email, phone number, saved addresses.

  • Notification tokens or analytics data.

c) Payment Data

  • We may receive transaction identifiers and payment status from these providers.
  • Payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe or Mercado Pago.
  • We do not store full credit card information.

3. Permissions and SDKs (Android)

To deliver essential features, the Android App may request the following permissions:

  • INTERNET: To connect to our servers and enable core features such as chat, bookings, and payments.
  • ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION (GPS): To show nearby items and services. Access is limited to when you are actively using the App.
  • CAMERA: To capture images for listings or service requests. Images are securely stored if linked to your activity.
  • NOTIFICATIONS (via Firebase/Expo): To send important updates about requests, messages, or promotions. You may disable notifications in your device settings.
  • RECORD_AUDIO (optional): For voice notes or interactions, used temporarily and only with your consent.

Third-Party SDKs/Services Used:

  • Firebase / FCM / Expo: Push notifications and basic analytics.
  • Google Maps API: Maps and geolocation features.

  • Stripe / Mercado Pago: Secure payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).

4. Cookies and Web Technologies (Site)

Our website uses cookies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze traffic (e.g., through Google Analytics).
